What is Session Based Usage?
A “session” gives one user 24hrs of unlimited use of Turbo-Chart on one device (PC/Citrix etc). Our Enterprise sessions are bundled in 100, 200, 300 etc sessions per subscription period
What happens after the first year?
The 1st year unlimited licence lets you determine the number of sessions your organisation uses to then select the subscription required for subsequent years in 100, 200, 300 etc sessions
How can I check how many sessions, users etc?
Our licensing portal enables owners and administrators to check the use of their Enterprise license, by user and frequency
What is the cost for the 2nd year?

What if we use more sessions in the 2nd year than we licenced?
Use of Turbo-Chart will not be restricted; the additional sessions will be included in the next subscription fee at an Additional Session Rate
What is a Turbo-Chart Power User?
Sessions allow occasional users to not need their own subscription. Once any user has 10 sessions, they have unrestricted use of Turbo-Chart for the remainder of the subscription period and do not count to total session usage beyond 10 sessions
Can I use multiple email domains?
Users register Turbo-Chart using your organisations email domain, the subscription can include multiple domains for an additional fee. Please use the enquiry form to find out more details
